FillTrack Terms of Service

Using FillTrack
By using FillTrack, you agree to use it lawfully, enter accurate records, check reports before relying on them, keep your own backups, and comply with road, tax, employment, fleet, registration, insurance and other obligations that apply to you.
What FillTrack is not
FillTrack is not an accountant, registered tax agent, legal adviser, mechanic, safety inspector, roadworthiness assessor, fleet compliance system or financial adviser.
Your records
You retain ownership of the vehicle records, notes, photos, attachments, imported files, backup files and other content you enter or create in FillTrack. You are responsible for having the right to store, export or share that content.
Backups and exports
FillTrack is currently local-first. Device storage, browser storage, exported files, imports and restore flows can be affected by device failure, app deletion, storage clearing, file corruption, user error or interrupted restores. You are responsible for creating, protecting and retaining backups of important records.
Reports and calculations
Business Logbook reports, reimbursement figures, running costs, fuel economy and cost-per-kilometre outputs are generated from user-entered or imported data. They are estimates or summaries only and should be checked independently before tax, accounting, reimbursement, financial, business or vehicle decisions.

FillTrack does not guarantee ATO, employer, accountant, bookkeeper or other authority acceptance of a report, classification, percentage, reimbursement figure, export or record. Users remain responsible for record accuracy, evidence, claim eligibility and professional review where needed.
Maintenance and reminders
Maintenance, tyre, registration, insurance, roadside and service reminders are informational only. FillTrack does not inspect vehicles, determine roadworthiness, certify safety, confirm insurance or registration status, diagnose faults or decide whether a vehicle is safe or legal to drive.
Free, Plus and subscriptions
FillTrack may offer Free and paid Plus plans in the future. The current Plus pricing direction is annual-only at AUD $39.99 per year. No monthly subscription or free trial should be treated as available unless it is shown in the app store purchase flow or an updated product page. If mobile subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund and billing settings will be handled by the relevant store under the terms shown at purchase. Any trial must be clearly shown in the store purchase flow before it is treated as available.
Intellectual property
FillTrack, the FillTrack name, app, website, documentation, software, icons, logos and product materials are owned by FillTrack Pty Ltd or its licensors. The FillTrack trademark application has been lodged in Australia under Class 9.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FillTrack Pty Ltd excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, loss-of-data, business interruption, tax, accounting, financial, compliance or vehicle-related losses where legally permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
