UltraCalc
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026. This policy explains how the UltraCalc application handles information on iOS, iPadOS and Android.
Who provides UltraCalc
UltraCalc is published by FillTrack Pty Ltd, ABN 39 699 077 855 and ACN 699 077 855.
Data the app collects
UltraCalc does not collect or transmit personal data. The app does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, subscriptions or payments.
Information stored on your device
Calculations, saved jobs, measurement names, equations, worksheet values, calculation history and app settings are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. This information is not sent to FillTrack Pty Ltd or other parties by UltraCalc.
Permissions and platform security
UltraCalc uses platform haptics only when optional keypad feedback is enabled on a supported device. It does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, external storage, notifications or nearby devices.
If you use dictation, it is provided by your selected system keyboard under that keyboard provider's settings and privacy terms. UltraCalc receives only the text inserted into its input field and does not record audio.
On supported Apple devices, UltraCalc may use Apple's on-device Foundation Models to interpret unfamiliar calculation wording. UltraCalc asks the model only for calculation syntax, then independently validates and calculates the result. Calculator wording is not sent to FillTrack Pty Ltd.
Local records are protected by the application sandbox provided by iOS, iPadOS or Android. UltraCalc does not add separate encryption to saved calculator records and does not operate a cloud-sync or cross-device recovery service. Android cloud backup is disabled. Any operating-system-level device backup is controlled by the platform provider and your device settings.
Deleting local information
You can clear calculation history within UltraCalc, and saved jobs and measurement rows can be deleted individually. You can remove other local records by clearing the app's data where the operating system provides that option or by uninstalling UltraCalc. Backup and restore behaviour may differ by platform as described above.
App stores and operating-system services
Apple and Google may process information related to app-store downloads, purchases, device services or diagnostics under their own terms and privacy policies. UltraCalc does not receive calculator content, saved jobs, history or worksheet data from Apple or Google.
Support enquiries
If you contact us for support, we receive only the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry and may retain it as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal or record-keeping purposes.
Children's privacy
UltraCalc is a general-purpose calculator and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
If UltraCalc's data practices change, this policy and the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play privacy disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
