Who provides ABV Tuner

ABV Tuner is published by FillTrack Pty Ltd, ABN 39 699 077 855 and ACN 699 077 855.

Data the app collects

ABV Tuner does not collect or transmit personal data. The app does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync or external APIs for its core features.

Information stored on your device

ABV Tuner stores calculation inputs, saved whiskies, ABV Profiles, tasting notes and scores, tasting and preparation history, dropper calibrations and preferences locally in the app's private storage on your device. This information is not sent to FillTrack Pty Ltd or other parties by ABV Tuner.

Purchases

ABV Tuner Pro is offered as a lifetime in-app purchase. Purchases and entitlement restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store. ABV Tuner uses Apple's verified purchase information to unlock the app's Pro features, but FillTrack Pty Ltd does not receive your payment details or App Store account identity.

Permissions and platform security

ABV Tuner does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone or notifications. The app may use platform haptics where supported. Local records are protected by the iPhone application sandbox. ABV Tuner does not provide cloud sync or cross-device recovery; any operating-system-level backup behaviour is controlled by Apple and your device settings.

Deleting local information

You can delete saved whiskies, profiles, tasting history and dropper calibrations within ABV Tuner where the app provides that option. You can remove other local information by uninstalling the app. Removing local information does not affect an App Store purchase entitlement, which is managed by Apple.

Support enquiries

If you contact us for support, we receive only the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry and may retain it as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal or record-keeping purposes.

Children's privacy

ABV Tuner is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Changes to this policy

If ABV Tuner's data practices change, this policy and the relevant Apple App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
