Support

ABV Tuner helps you compare whiskey at a chosen strength, prepare flights, explore progressive dilution and keep your tasting work available locally. The iPhone app is available now; the Android version is coming soon.

Getting started

• Use Tune for a quick one-whiskey dilution calculation or a Progressive Dilution session.
• Use Flight to bring multiple whiskies to a common comparison strength before a comparative or blind tasting.
• Use Library to return to saved whiskies, ABV Profiles and tasting history.
• The exact water amount remains the calculation result; syringe and calibrated dropper guidance are practical ways to measure it.

About dilution calculations

ABV Tuner calculates water to add as W = V1 × ((A1 / A2) - 1), where V1 is starting whiskey volume, A1 is starting ABV, A2 is target ABV and W is water to add.

The calculation conserves alcohol and assumes liquid volumes are approximately additive. Real ethanol-and-water mixtures can contract, while temperature, equipment and technique affect practical results. ABV Tuner is intended for whiskey tasting, not laboratory or production proofing. Please make personal, responsible decisions about alcohol consumption.

Flight, Progressive and Blind tasting

Flight Equaliser prepares several whiskies at one target strength using equal starting pours or equal final tasting volumes. Progressive Dilution tracks incremental water additions through lower target stages. Blind sessions conceal whiskey identity and photography until you confirm the irreversible reveal.

Saved Whiskey photos and history

Saved whiskies can be reused in future Tune, Progressive and Flight setups. Optional photos remain in app-private local storage: iPhone uses Apple's system Photo Library picker, while Android offers Camera and Photo gallery. Completed tasting history is stored as a snapshot, so later edits to a saved whiskey do not rewrite past results.

Before contacting support

Check that the bottle ABV, starting volume and target ABV are entered as intended. If a saved record appears missing, do not delete the app before contacting support, because saved tasting data is stored locally on the device.

Email hello@filltrack.app. Please include your platform, device model, operating-system version, ABV Tuner version and build number, plus a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but remove any information you do not want to share.

Purchases

ABV Tuner Pro is a single lifetime purchase, not a subscription. On iPhone, open Settings & Information and choose Restore Purchases. On Android, choose Restore/Recheck Purchases. Apple or Google manages the relevant purchase and payment information. Apple purchases do not transfer to Google Play because ABV Tuner has no cross-platform account or entitlement server.

Offline use

Core calculations, tasting workflows and local records work offline. Purchase, restore and entitlement checks require the relevant App Store or Google Play service and account. A pending purchase does not unlock Pro until the platform reports it as completed.

Privacy

ABV Tuner stores its tasting and measurement information locally. It does not use accounts, analytics, advertising or cloud sync. Read the full ABV Tuner Privacy Policy.
